I found the salesperson Jim McMuchy to be nice at first until I didn't agree on my trade in price. He low balled it so bad I thought I was going to fall off my chair. When I complained and asked for a more fair price he got very upset and turned red and began speaking down to me in a more intimidating voice. He finally brought up the trade price. Just warning anybody that owns a business of this company. Do not use USDirectory.com to list your business on their website. They claim they will list your business on all major search engines and if you have a website it will appear on first page of google and yahoo. They said I could try this for $5 for first month. I used TaxAct software to prepare my 2010 income tax return. We had a pop up on our computer saying we had 13 viruses detected and that we needed to buy this software to get rid of it. We purchased the software from a company calle Marketing Soft Solutions for 99.00. Only to realize later that the software and pop up was a virus. This company apparently keeps changing it's name. Owner Thien Truong then told me I had to purchase memory chip to replace bad one. I took my car to Wayne's automotive in Ontario to fix a problem with my car. He held onto the car for two weeks and never fixed the problem. Instead they mailed me a large, cheap plastic bottle to put the liquid in (99 cents) and a tiny 4 oz. bottle of the supposedly fabulous liquid, which smells like soap and bleach. On April 26th, 2010 I was at the intersection of E. On January 17, 2011, I purchased four new tires for my car from Mavis Discount Tires AKA Cole Muffler. I received a semi professional letter in mail claiming i had won 2 million dollars in prize money and in return they wanted me to send 11.89$ to cover some sort of expenses.
