They charged my credit card and never sent my order. Each day they told me it would arrive the next day. After weeks of this, they finally said they'd reorder my order. I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They acted like it was no problem and refunded me. I waited a week or so for it to show up (they said it would take 3 business days) and it never showed up. I finally called my credit card company and they said there was no record of them refunding and I initiated a chargeback. Such a waste of time. I was misled by this company representing themselves as a HUD affiliated company that helps homeowners that are behind in their mortgages. John Martin asked me to send them $4100 to save my home from foreclosure. I was then told my mortgage was red flagged and I would need to sent them another $2500 for attorney fees. computer keeps getting viruses that try to sell me anit virus software... and when I do not buy the soft ware the computer crashes and will not allow me to re-enter any of program. I have had my computer serviced and they could not find any problems. When I went back on my e-mail accounts... it was then, that the computer did the exact same thing!! When we got to the airport after waiting in line for about 20 minutes, one of their service representatives approached us and about five other families and told us the the flight was already closed. This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. This person rented our property exclusive of utility bills, convincing us they could afford it, then left us paying over 550 of utility bills and taking items from the property. I remortgaged my home with Mortgage Lending Corp. (M.L.C.), which is part of Flagstar bank. We did the loan and the loan officer had promised me that my monthly loan payment with all insurance & taxes was one number, and signed all paper work to this number as my monthly mortgage payment. The Hart Lane Testing Center in Nashville maintains a reputation for headaches, long lines, and the never ending waiting game. Your choices are to wait no less than four hours or to wait in line at 6 am, two hours before they open, and be able to leave an hour to two hours after opening. If you choose to come at a time more convenient, you will either be there all day or be there for hours and then have to return another day to finish because they ran out of time.
