I made a purchase through Ebay from a seller using the name hiddentreasurespa2. When I received the items, 1 piece was bent, there were 2 other pieces that did not go with the set and I could see where it looked like someone had tried to drill (poorly) holes so the beads would fit. The seller reacted very poorly when they received negative feedback on Ebay. A claim was filed and the merchandise was sent back. Unfortuneately for me, I didn't provide the tracking number so the seller not only got the money from the sale, but also got merchandise back as well. I had a friend from Jacksonville, NC send me two starter kits, as we could not get them in our home town, each kit had 15 filters with them.we could only get about 4 or 5 puffs or less from each filter.The filters lasted about a week.Thinking they had dryed out, i had my friend get us more filters 15 each.The cost of the filters was $64.95. and they don't work any better than the one's that came in the kits .So the replacement fillters cost me over $2.00 each for a product that is not worth a S- - -!! I remortgaged my home with Mortgage Lending Corp. (M.L.C.), which is part of Flagstar bank. We did the loan and the loan officer had promised me that my monthly loan payment with all insurance & taxes was one number, and signed all paper work to this number as my monthly mortgage payment. We had the same experience at the Riviera Maya location 1/28/11. Many things were promised by the salesperson about the Grand Paradise Club membership which turned out to be not true. He assured us repeatedly that we had 5 business days to cancel per Mexican law with full refund. When we tried to do that, we were told that no refund was possible so we are following up with our credit card and Profeco (Mexican consumer protection agency). Never ever park your car in the Metro Plaza next to Pavonia Newport mall which has BJ's, Shop Rite, Pep Boys... Even your wife and kid are shopping in the plaza and you step out to the other side of the road where the mall is, EZ TOWING has the license to steal your car. Stay away from a scam. The broker Art Hidalgo takes your deposit out from your account and then promises approval of your loan with a fakey loan lock. The loan orginator Christine Pense (aka Chrsitine Hidalgo - Art's wife) ignores your phone calls. The service ends after they get hold of your cash. I ordered product wen and after 5 uses I have broken hair, split ends. I have tried for 5 days to canel any future orders they may send me with no advail. Every phone number you call they transfer you. I was once tranfered to pro-active line. I called Elavon back in October to confirm when I should call about closing my acct. because the contract would expire in January of 2011. I was told to call back around Jan 25th to have it taken care of. Sine then I have called at least five times and feel as though I get the run around each time. I paid for a cruise using my Carnival MAstercard. The night before I was scheduled to cruise, I went online to check my available credit. . I have had several issues with Walgreens and them filling my presicriptions and they have over-charged several times. DO NOT GET ROCK CHIPS REPAIRED HERE. The do not warranty their work, so if the rock chip repair fails you are out of luck. However they will apply the cost of the repair to a new windshield. Long story short we just had 2 rock chips repaired here (small chips, smaller then a dime in size). They did not even drill into the glass nor did they seal it properly afterward! The phone ordering of the product was a nightmare. The so called "Customer Care" Team was a pain after refusing additional add ons twice. they asked again. I wanted the product so I went along. I am so sick of this company and their never ending changes of the RX plan. I have a prescription from my doctor for 3 pills a day for a month. The first three times I filled the prescription it was fine, now apparently they changed my RX plan and they will only cover for 1 pill per day unless I get an authorization from the doctor ( HELLO..the doctor wrote the prescription ) so I get an auth and that worked for 2 months. DO NOT send your Ipod or Iphone to this company for repair. I have had a total nightmare with these people, and now I no longer have an Ipod and they will not answer phones or respond to e-mails. The "company" may have closed down, although their website is still up and there are still recordings on their phone line.
