For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. I agree these people are complete crooks. What they are doing is nothing short of imbezzlement and criminal in nature. To make it worse, they send their receipts and paperwork via US Mail. I know of other cases where those actions have under US Postal laws constituted mail fraud. However, it does no good just saying they are criminals. We have to show that they are. BEWARE SCAMMERS. LOSE YOUR MONEY HERE!! My company decided to use All Delivered or "Outdoor Advertising Specialist" to do some drop offs for us to businesses. Furniture was delivered in the evening. In the morning we could see the couch and chair did not match. We called that morning to inform them. They refuse to replace either piece to match. Then two months after we used the furniture, the stitching came out on the couch at the bottom. Only two old people use it--us! They have done nothing to rectify the problem because we 'signed' the paper when it was delivered. I have received phone calls from these people at work. With names like Officer Rick Henry and Officer Patrick Wilson. In both cases, the Indian accent is so strong you can barely understand what they are saying. Rude, to say the least. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. I told them I could show a credit card statement where I bought it from the store, but ti would not show the itemized products. Not good enough.
