We purchased a International Dt466 from Jasper Engines & Transmissions in July of 2010 for $13, 452.00. The Engine had a massive oil leak coming from the breather tube the moment we started the new engine. We contacted Jasper immediately and they told us to check a couple of things and that maybe the engine had to be broken in and not to call them until it had 100hrs on it. The leak never stopped. They sent us a new engine but never compensated us for the r&r and repairs as they promised they would. ABC Sanitary in Champaign, IL has the worst customer service. The garbage driver took the garbage lid (2nd time) and 2 recycling bins while disposing of garbage. I used Servicemagic to find a cleaning company for my oriental rugs, believing that they were a reputable filter for reliable professional service professionals in my area. I received only one call right away. I thought more would call. I am in agreement with the other complaints. I have been e filing my income tax with Turbo Tax for years. This year I spent 40 minutes filing and at the end I was charged $29.00. If I didn't give a credit card they would not file my return or I could pay them $39.00 that would be taken out of my return. I bought a pair of gloves with heaters and after the battery failed, they said that they wouldnt replace. After a few uses they said I could buy a more expensive glove that didnt have the same issues. When I sent a letter to the owner, they agreed it was their fault but had 30 days to get me a new item. All the calls and fighting got me a battery, but it took so long the gloves sat in the closet for this winter so I didnt get to use them. Received vehicle back dirty. Orange peels, spots, and runs in paint. They did attempt to correct it, but was unsuccessful. I would not recommend anyone going, unless you can get them to charge you only a few hundred dollars, because that's all their paint job is worth. I spent over $2500 on a Viking Ice Machine (actually it's a Marvell Ice Machine with a Viking logo). I've already had it repaired 4 times for a total of $13oo including replacing the bin thermostat ($360), replacing the compressor, evaporator-heat exchanger and valve ($470 in labor, the parts were covered by warranty) and replacing the drain pump ($388 just for the part which I replaced myself). Do not use Lake electronics in Port St. Lucie Fl. The customer service there is horrible. I spoke with Samsung who said they would warrant a copasator change on my tv free of charge. Contacted the K-Designers several time, and I was told that they would do their best to fix my windows. It has been over 9 months and they have yet to fix the windows. I frequently get calls from there telemarketing department and when I complain about there services they do their best at relaying my issue. The last time I was contacted, after explaining the situation, I asked to be removed from their call list. the representative then told me the reason the windows had not been fixed yet was because of my attitude. This place is a big scam. They killed my two year old German shepherd dog. My dog was a healthy and weighed 92 pounds when I left him in there care when my dog died he weighed only 70 pounds. That is pure neglect!! We went to this trainer a few times before leaving him with this guy and he was always so friendly and acted in a professional manor, then as soon as we left our dog with him he couldnt even feed and water the dog, he killed the dog. After tons of emails to which the company did not respond to, I tried to phone (am an expat living in Shanghai, China), no way to get to talk to a person. Purchased a Cosmetic laser machine from American Medical. They were paid $34, 900 via wire transfer as they requested April, 2010. After several months, we still have not received the machine. All we have received are empty promises that machine is on the way, followed by promises of a refund. He doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. Very unpleasant experience with these people. Be sure to have the salespeople put everything in writing. First, the mattress set was delayed for days. Then, when they finally did deliver it, it was not the same as the one in the store. To make a long story short, we were told we could get a full refund, then they reneged and said we’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee and a pick up fee.
