I have worn a lower partial for almost 20 years. With my previous dentist I never had any problems other than normal wear. With my first partial I had to have another tooth added, the wire that hooks to my original teeth had to be resautered and I would occasionaly have to go in and get it adjusted. I have been trying to work with Safety Insurance on a loss claim. They DO NOT communicate with me. I have called (was hung up on) emailed and contacted my agent who hasn't had much success. I strongly recommend not to deal with Safety Insurance. It's bad enough to have a loss but worse to have an Insurance Company that's just not there for you. Purchased RC helicopter model 9053 from emax toys through retailer Techno toys on 02/20/11. At the time of purchase, retailer pointed out possible design flaws. Flaws consisted of, rotor blade to close together and possibility of colliding with each other resulting in broken rotor blades. This occurred. Retailer allso stated that other former customers had attenpted to modify model 9053 helicopter to prevent rotor blades from making contact with each other. We purchased a beautiful ring with 5 diamonds and a one carat wt. for $1000. Within 1 1/2 years two diamonds fell out and BJ's would not repair or replace the ring. A reputable jeweler wrote a letter stating that the prongs and setting was not made correctly. My mother received a call today. Told she won $225, 000 from a Megabox Sweepstakes. The name of the caller was "John Rogers" who claimed to be a Pastor in Pennsylvania. He was very convincing and even though she knew from the start that this was a Scam, she was still interested enough that she wanted me to call to check it out.
