As stated by others, they require that you register and provide credit card information. As you move around the site, you suddenly get "bids" in your account with no authorization. You should immediately protest this since if you use one bid, the $150 charge goes through. In my case, it first showed 0 bids, then 500, then 0 and then 500. I made the mistake of making a few bids because it looks like a bargain, but they keep extending the auction. My wife's 2006 Santa Fe has had brake problems which were supposed to have been fixed by Smart Hyuandia. When I went to pick it up for her, the brakes were still "mushy" and the brake pedal would go to the floor if you continued to apply pressure to the pedal. I asked the "service advisor", Danny, about that and he told me that the brake pedal going to the floor was "normal" if you continue to apply pressure. This company will promise you that they have a buyer for your timeshare and convince you to send them money prior to closing. Then they never close since they really don't have a real buyer.
