This gym is horrible and only keeps getting worse. The staff here is probably at its worse since I started my membership years ago. THe equipment is always defective. If you are a female you must bring in your free weights because they keep everything locked up and only have 10lbs available if you have them hold your Id when you are using them. This company engages in very bad business practices. Management waits to tell you that your rent will be raised over 25% until the day you have to give notice if you want to move out. So, they expect fair notice from you, but don't reciprocate. The office staff is completely incompetent, there is dog poop all over the property, and there isn't nearly enough parking. I have had Charter Communications for approximately two years. The picture quality for the HD is terrible, purple, pink and blue lines runs through the picture, or sometimes the picture just breaks completely up. Numerous call to the Get Charter phone number produced several credits which doesn't show as a credit on the bill, you can imagine what that mean (Get F----d). The service techs are not very good.
