Service Department damaged new parts installed on vehicle by qualified mechanic and then charged us for the new parts. When we demanded they save the parts, they placed them on the back floor boards which then had to be detailed. More than $1 million in restitution payments are being distributed to mostly elderly victims who each lost between $10, 000 and $100, 000 in an investment scam, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis announced.
