I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken. This dentist office is one that will try to find something wrong just for the sake of price gouging. They are not honest and they are not really competent. A young [unfriendly] dentist was allowed to put fillings in my mouth and he screwed up so much that I have to go back to let them fix his mess. The company, ESBI - Total Protectionplus is using Verizon to charge the Verizon customers for services they did not order. The charge, usually $14.95 is shown on the Verizon phone bill as a charges on behalf of the third party, ESBI - Total Protectionplus, phone number 1-866-527-4932. I was charged for Electronic Fax Mofee. I do not have any fax or fax/modem . Verizon refuses to remove these charges from the bill. The Total reached by phone, is saying you have to pay, and they will credit you in 1-2 month. The ESBI-Total Protection is doing this for many years. My ex-husband took my daughter to have her wisdom out at the Garrisonville office. My ex and my daughter both told me that an oral surgeon would be taking out her wisdom teeth. My daughter was nervous and scared about the procedure and wanted to be put out. I called her after her procedure and she told me that they gave her novacaine!! I called the office and asked if they had an oral surgeon. The receptionist said they had a doctor that extracts wisdom teeth. I asked that if he was an oral surgeon. My mother has an AARP credit card that she uses for paying for prescriptions by mail. I purchased an upright DiamondBack Fitness bike Model Apex U6, Item # 21753 on 12/28/10, brought it home, and assembled it that same night. I immediately discovered that none of the programs worked, as there was no resistance at all when pedaling. On 12/29/10 I called Sears and they said I had to call their support line. We opened a baby registry with them in the above location and when we asked a store assistant about some product details - while employee was answering our question the manager "Amanda" stops by and tells us that we are not allowed to get assistance for more than 5 mins.
