Here's yet ANOTHER number to add to the list 876-504-3168. My elderly Father took a call from a Mr. Green at this number telling him to send $300 to his account and NOT to talk to anyone but him. Of course I have control over his finances and such so he didn't give them any information. I wrote down the phone number from the caller ID and realized it was coming from the West Indies. How the hell do we stop these Rasta Head scammers?? I told my Father NOT to answer anymore phone calls unless he recognizes the name. Rather than just preaching conservatorship, conservatorship, conservatorship... any ideas on how to simply block the calls from getting through? This company is a complete joke. They came to SC in Sept 2010 and fired an abundance of employees who worked for this co for years just to bring in their "own" employees. My mother was called today. Told she won $225, 000 from a Megabox Sweepstakes. She was called by "John Rogers" who claimed to be a Pastor in Pennsylvania. He was very convincing and even though she knew from the start that this was a Scam, she was still interested enough that she wanted me to call to check it out. I received scam phone calls wanting me to call an 876 number. The men are trying to tell me that have won 2.5 million and also the reimbursement of the money I have been scammed for. The names being used are Mark Mozalo and Mark Mc? You can tell these are not Americans by their accent. The phone numbers they are using are 876-492-6493 and 876-302-9115. My husband was in a car accident over a year ago. We got Winters & Yonkers to "help" with our case. We had to get all doctors bills and mail them to them, we feel like they have not done the first thing to help us. My mother received a call today from someone with a heavy accent saying that his name was Detective John Dolby from the FBI. He was contacted by the Better Business Bureau who was contacted by the 'American Money Mart' (I think that's what he called it) to assist them in delivering a large sum of money. I have been fighting with Option One/American Home Mortgage since 2006. If you were an Option One Customer you sure got screwed by these scam artists. The MO of this company is to have someone talk to you from India and tell you to send in your payment and then send it back. Then tell you that you did not send it in before they foreclosed. Furniture was delivered in the evening. In the morning we could see the couch and chair did not match. We called that morning to inform them. They refuse to replace either piece to match. Then two months after we used the furniture, the stitching came out on the couch at the bottom. Only two old people use it--us! I just got my ticket for the Lady Gaga Concert in the Bank Atlantic Center in Sunrise Fl., I can’t believe that they charged me almost double the ticket price and I only realized this after I got the ticket at home since it had the real ticket prize.
