For a year I have been trying to obtain a Making Homes Affordable loan modification from Vericrest. Last spring they gave me a loan modification that lowered my payment by about $200 a month (except that a change in my property taxes raised it to that the net savings was about $100. updated my sprint wireless modem for promise of 4g service, and was supposed to get rebate for modem. it's been four months and i have not yet received rebate. my modem sometimes tells me there is no 4g in Pittsburgh or it tells me i can try it out for $9 for one day or it says initializing 4g for hours without initializing it. the sprint peopel in south america where i am sent for customer support say that i have 4g and that it is in pittsburgh, but it is nowhere to be found, just like my rebate. these people are theives and liars. do not purchase anything from sprint read full review »

A government travel card is mandatory where I work, so I did the appropriate paperwork and ordered the card. I receive the card and several days later receive a bill for $20 although I have never used the card. The charge was for shipping. This was the first card that I had ever been charged for shipping. But here's the rub, I have to pay whatever amount CITI wants to charge me or be issued disciplinary action by my Commander. So next month, if a customer service rep working at CITI wants to say charge me $500 (athough I have never used the card) I have to pay it or lose my Job. I have ordered from prointer ink warehouse for quite a while, but only small orders that would fit in an apartment mailbox. I had a large project to do, and make the HUGE mistake of ordering a large amount for this project. With a deadline fast approaching, my package was never delivered, due to UPS incompetence in following instructions. The bottom line is I had to go out and spend $500 buying cartridges reatil to make the deadline. Now I am out the money, and getting a run around on a refund. This man named Zoran aka "Z" is a thief and a lier, he runs a fly by night transport business from chicago to florida delivering snow bird vehicles and auction cars. I started the Pain Management Program after 9 MONTHS! of testing to finally figure out that I have A horrible case of Degenerative Disc Disease. I am in so Much pain that I haven't slept in months. This was another poor experience buying furniture from Costco. I disaster. I am very good with tools, have even done contractor work and this is just terrible. The chairs do not go together at all, it took tie downs to BEND the rib frame in a way that you can TRY to get a screw in the hole. On April 30, 2011 I went to pump gas for my car. I ask the attendant to fill up the rank and gave him my debit card as payment. I received my card back and walked away to the gas station's on site store. I received their product and did not cancel in time so they charged me for the product (about $95). When I called they said I could cancel this product which I did on 12/28/10). They gave me the information to return the product for a refund, I did so on 1/4/11 and got a confirmation of delivery. The product was received on 1/12/11 at 5:46 pm.
