I applied for my Cobra services thru Ceridian (that is who my former employer uses) It is now into the third month and no invoice from Ceridian. Every time I call Customer service I recieve a different story, even though they had not sent an invoice I sent the 476.00 that they advised me my Cobra would cost! They cashed the check imediately, and now all I get is the run around from them! Everytime you call Customer Service ( which is in the Phjillipines) you get a different person and a different story. The dishwasher is not even 2 years old and lately has been hit or miss if the buttons will work to do the wash cycle. So, now it has completely gone to crap and it is only 2 years old. Put a $250.00 deposit down on my ntelos phone. Was a day late paying on my bill 3 times and decided I could no longer keep ntelos because it was impossible for me to get a new phone; unless a year had passed making ontime payments or I had to pay full price for a new phone. Our company switched to Comcast for our phone, internet and TV service. Comcast internet service is down all the time. When we initially had the problem the first story was that squirrels chewed through the lines. The repair was done and the system is down daily still.
