This company replaced 12 connecting roofs. When the job was complete the yard was full of roofing nails. The company had to be called twice to pick up all the debris that was left in the grass. They also had and issue with a unit owner about a new leak that was comming into a pipe that was on the roof causing water to leak into a brand new furnace. I just had my tub refinished, the area where the former shower door rail was installed was not buffed out properly/ repaired and I can still see the track lines and when I put my ( clean) hand on it 2 days later to take of the paper, it left a dull spot that cannot be wiped off with any of their recommended products. We were in the Bahamas on vacation for five nights. We had to leave our cell phone turned on as we learned we had an ill family member at home in the U.S. During three of the five nights we were on vacation, Sprint texted us to inform us of the international charges - the same text each time. It's "signed" by "Nathan Lazar" and comes from the "Payments Pending Division" of the company. They ask for $20 in cash, check or money order made payable to NWP. I made a grave mistake in dealing with this person. This is a membership at a campground in Waverly TX. By having this membership I was allowed to use the campgrounds at Coast to Coast Resorts. I no longer have a need for this membership. In 2011 I did not send in the annual dues. They said they would ruin my credit rating if I did not comply so I have paid the dues for 2011 but I have not used the membership. I rented a tuxedo for an event on June 18, 2011. I returned the complete tuxedo on June 20, 2011 and no one said anything about it being late. I thought I had Insurance coverage until I needed it. From day one their representative worked at rejecting my claim. The Insurance adjuster (hired by them) never came inside my home.
