I have tried to receive a better rate at Doubletree Hotel by submitting a several claim forms. They have not responded to my last couple of claims even though the rate is lower. I have contacted the customer care dep't to be stalled once again. I agree with the other complaints on this board that the best rate guarantee at Hilton is a scam. I had an estimate for foam insulation last month in my home., I had financing concerns and when asked if I had my three day right to cancel I was told yes. When I called and sent written request to cancel I was told since I saw this company at the "home show" I don't have three days to cancel. Would not recommend Chip’s Auto Repair of Carrollton as a mechanic. I was looking to buy a used car and I took a Honda Accord I was interested in to have Chip’s Auto Repair check it out. Two years ago, my daughter was treated at Farmingdale Physical Therapy. Months after she was no longer a patient, they billed me for $1000.00, and a few months after that, the bill grew to almost $2000.00.
