I ordered 10 cartons of Marlboro from this seller and never received them. The US customs sent them back, USPS tracking said that they were not claimed by addressee!, which is not true because they were not passed the US Customs in San Francisco. This company is a lying sack of you know what. It took 2 weeks to get my car repaired & for an authorization to be completed. They wouldn't cover the full amount of my rental. Ordered 3x games on 9/12. Phoned prior to Xmas to be told dispatched on 14/12 but maybe held up due to snow (Royal Mail). I went a couple of weeks ago and deposited $800.00 on my Netspend card. At that point my balance was over $900.00. The next morning I stopped to get gas and my card was denied! I quickly got to the nearest pc to check my account. My balance was -3.66. My account had some P2P transactions.(Person to Person) I quickly called Netspend and explained. My wife got an email from this site believing it was from USA today, which it wasn't. When she clicked on a page for a free sample of some skin cream she got a message which would not allow her to get out of the page. When we forceably closed down the PC after nothing else worked we were not able to get the PC to start normally. Avoid shopping at this website at all costs. I made the mistake of trying to order a Christmas present from the site and it was the most frustrating experience. Shipping took a full four weeks. Every time I e-mailed them they would give me no information and told me that since shipping is "free" (which it really wasn't) I shouldn't complain. Ordered a ring in September and they still could not confirm a delivery date in November so I asked for a refund. Now mid January and despite numerous phone calls (when you can get through) and emails I am still waiting for my money back. Court action is now my only option. A quote for Auto insurance was given to me at a rate 50% higher than any other quote I received from other 3 other companies including GEICO and Progressive, for comparable coverage. This website is set up to look like the real College website, but it really just sells your information. I filled out the application, thinking it was a little different from the other college websites. I purchased a sewing machine at Target and was unable to use it right away. When I did set it up the bobbin mechanism was broken. I knew I was at fault for not opening it right away but I had not been using the product. Target was completely unsympathetic and refused an exchange even though I would take a $70.00 loss. I spend $400.00 a month plus at Target (bank records to show amounts). I will not shop there again.
