I continually get calls from this company, representing themselves as a collection agency. When I request a written statement, I am denied that, and the caller CONTINUALLY wants to do business over the phone including sending money via Western Union, to an INDIVIDUAL rather than a company, and then to fax him a copy of the Western Union Number. The EIN form in the 2009 Deluxe Tax program would not accept the EIN form used by Baltimore County Government on their W-2 form. As a result I could not file electronically. I looked over my payroll card and found charges on January 6, 2011 for $59.98 that I did not purchase and this put me in a bind for paying my bills. I did purchase Panda Security last year and was not satisfied and thought my account was closed. I want my money back on my card. I purchased 6 model 21997 hunter ceiling fans 4 years ago. Two of my remote receivers have gone bad. I have called the hunters customer service line and spent long periods on hold or trying to leave a voice mail message only to be disconnected each time. I used Annual credit report.com and it was supposed to be a free 7 day trial. I called and cancelled the same day. They kept telling me that my account never went through and arguing with me. the concrete foundation was poured 5/8"to an 1" out of plumb. i showed up at the job site before the foundation was poured and noticed the bow in the forms of the concrete wall pointed it out to the men working there and they assured me they would brace it straight. it was poured with bow in the wall anyway. they also crushed the drain tile around the footings which i had to fix myself. this companys shop is located in box elder, sd. area. would not use this company again. read full review »

I purchased a California King Mattress & Box spring (Pillow Top) for roughly $1200.00 plus $75.00 for delivery in March of 2009. The Mattress is 2 years old and has already indented on the side that I sleep on. Lumps & Bumps every where. I contacted Haynes after care department, I filled out all the forms, took the required pictures. I was told that Haynes couldn't help me because I did not have a metal frame with five legs. It was never offered. Company never disclosed that this is a requirement to redeem warranty. On top of that my frame is made of solid oak which has a solid oak middle beam and slats for support. Demand letter sent to them against their driver who T-Boned me and totalled my car and hurt my back and neck. Stanley Law Offices sent demand letter but they will not handle litigation. I cannot sit, stand, walk for long distances and am on muscle relaxers, Vicadin, PT. Tens Unit and receive monthly injections for pain. Stanley Law offices state I meet threshold for pain and suffering under NYS Law 5402. I was misdiagnosised for a year and switched my primary physician who listened to me and sent me immediately for PT and pain injections. These things help for a short time, temporary fix. Lakai is my favorite brand of shoes, and normally their products always meet expectations. However, I recently owned a pair of the Rick selects, and although they were comfortable and good for skateboarding, they wore out extremely fast. In around a month and a half, the seam near the toe had split on both shoes, the lace (supplied with shoe) had broken, and a hole was nearly worn in the side. Lakai is a skate shoe company, so they obviously know skateboarding puts wear and tear on shoes. This used car dealer also sells their cars on Ebay. I wish I would have read the complaint posted here from the gentleman who bought a Jaugar from eChoice. All the pictures taken and shown on Ebay showed none of the obvious problems with the vehicle. When I signed up for service with Canoochee EMC in Reidsville, GA, I was required to put up a $285 deposit and $15 membership fee. Now that I have moved and my service voluntarily terminated, they are keeping my deposit, minus my final utility bill, for a total of $193, for 29 days. They claim they can only do refunds once a month and I just missed the cutoff. They are paying me no interest. Because they are an EMC, they are not regulated by the Public Service Commission. I emailed them once again, a week later, asking if my item was shipped, and was told it was. After not receiving it a week later, I emailed again, asking if my item was being shipped, and was told it was shipped "earlier this week."
