I placed an order on Dec 8th for 2 tv show DVD sets- Emails were sent confirming shipment & payment was deducted from my VISA Debit card through a secure site. The order was received by Christmas eve. In January, i reached out to inquire about the order- the SITE was no longer taking orders- my order was delivered to a Naples Fl. address from Canada. A refund was requested & an email was sent informing me that a refund was processed on jan 14- I have yet to receive a refund. I have had my 2000 malibu for four years now. Since I bought my malibu I have had nothing, but problems with it. Two days after I took it home it was back in the dealership getting the breaks looked at because the ABS light kept coming on. I ordered a meal for delivery and was told it would be about 35 minutes before it could be delivered, we waited for over an hour. After waiting for an hour the meal that arrived was totally inedible. The crispy noodles we ordered were more than crispy, they were so hard and all in one big lump that you couldn't pull them apart. After getting numerous marketing calls I switched my Hi speed internet from Rogers to Bell. Before expiration of 3 months of free promotion I called them and got the cancellation number of my Hi Speed internet account and mailed the modem before completion of 3 months. Surprisingly, Bell keep charging me for last 3 months on my credit card. I spent 2 hours on the phone arguing with they rogers reps. I was was pissed off over a bill that i paid to disconnect by phone to switch back to bell. I terminated the service on June 18. It took them ten days to disconnect it. They billed me $20.74 for ten days of service. Which was so bull shit considering there was no active line. I ordered Witchblade the TNT series. It was advertised by this site a s brand new and still sealed in plastic.When it arrived not only was it not brand new it was a pirated copy. The TNT logo is in the lower right hand corner for gods shake.I emailed them about this and asked for a replacement. I want what I ordered.I have emailed them several times.No response. I ordered goods on the 4th December. After 4 weeks I canceled as the goods hadn't arrived. They agreed to cancel but ignored my request for a refund. They also ignore all e-mails inquiring about my refund. Since the order, there has been 2 gambling transactions on my VISA statement which don't belong to me.
