The wall oven I purchased had a manufacturers defect, where everytime the self-clean feature is used the oven won't work afterwards. This game, NHL2008, is a complete rip off. EASports' website advertises all these large changes in store for this year's version, however they don't mention that the changes are only in console versions of the game. I have written letters as well as emails and have not gotten a response from anyone. I decided to call but after being given about 8 different phone #s, no one was able to help. I am certain that I am disconnected by design. In utter frustration now, should I contact my lawyer?? The problem is that my clothes smell moldy after ashing. I also complained about the rubber lining being mildewed and has worn thin ans so it can burst at any time. 1. Plastic wheel broke in first 3 weeks although weight of hose did not exceed 300 feet of medium grade hose. 2. I fell for the scam like everyone else. I was offered a $1000 shopping spree and this trial internet things and diet pills, and today I just found out that $149.50 was taken from my account. I'm 23 and a College Student, and my rent is due in a couple weeks, and what little money i had in my account-United Services wiped it free. They actually charge your credit card when you return a fridge under warranty and then you have to fight to get your money credited back once you receive the warranty replaced fridge. Our 2003 Mazda Tribute has been through 3 alternators in 130,000 kilometers. After doing some research it seems a fair number of other Tributes had destroyed one or two alternators. This was brought to the attention of Mazda when dealing with this issue. They have tried to blame other things such as added on electrical devices which we do not have. The bottom line is that the alternator is under the engine and right beside the exhaust. It gets soaked in rain, then fried dry. When I purchased my camera in Dec 2006 I was told that if I took the extended warranty they would service it locally if anything happened within the year. When I went in to have service on same I was told it was over the year. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to know that it was within the year.
