My mobile no. is 9890317450. Few months back, VASPACK 50 and Missed call alert activated itself. I am regularly lodging compaint for about 5-6 months initially through telephone on customer care and later through SMS. On 8.03.08, I reeived the reply through SMS that "complaint is registered by us is under observation and we assure you that appropriate solution will be provided" . Till date the promised cylinder has not arrived. The gas agency is even denying the fact of cylinder booking and denying the booking no. 882.
