I have am consumer of HP-LPG gas in Chennai. The dealer is Savitha Gas agency, Adambakkam. I have 2 cylinders. 1) When a cyliner finishes & try to book a refilled cylinder through phone, the phone is either busy or they dont pick up. So we have to visit the dealer to book the gas. 2) They check the previous refilling date. If it is less than 21 days, they will not book. 3) After they book they will take 10-14 days to supply the cylinder. During my return from Manchester to Chennai, the check-in baggage was lost. In spite of repeated calls to Emirates, I have not got my baggage yet. It has been four days now. The travel was horrible. This particular gas dealer is troubling us quite a bit and not issuing gas cylinders in time. He does not let us book a cylinder with in 30 days from the day it was last issued (not with in 30 days from the time we last booked for the cylinder). Also he is taking about 3 weeks to issue the cylinder from the date it is booked. I have informed about these happenings couple of times. This time I got quite anger and complained (orally) him the trouble we are having. But he is not so bothered/worried. The recharge was done under the scheme for Rs.2009 where in a validity of 24 months and talk time of Rs. 1788 was admisible. I bought a ONIDA 21” Black TV on Jan 2005, the warranty period was 1 year. Till 1 years there is no problem in the TV. After that it has some repair, I entered into AMC with ADONIS Electronics pvt. Ltd, in Chennai that is an authorized service center for ONIDA. Hi, I have taken a car loan from HDFC 3 months back. I have paid 2 advance EMIs for the car i purchased. I had opted for a ECS facility for paying EMI. I have a bank account with ABN AMRO Bank thorugh which my EMI is debited. However, my first ECS was bounce.
