I have been following up with the customer care center regarding my shipment, which was picked up on 28th November. But I havent receieved it yet and its been a week. I recharged with the sum of 499.00/- at 3 November 2007 because I got a message from airtel to recharge with 499 and get a validity of 180 days, but i got only 30 days validity and my incoming and outgoing call is now stoped by Airtel (midnight of 2 december 2007). I have registered application for second gas cylinder connection at EXCEL Gas agency (Bharat Gas) Turbhe Navi Mumbai. currently I possess only one gas cylinder and since I have 5 family members, it is not sufficient. on finishing and after booking for refill of single cylinder we have to wait for 4- 5 days and creats tremendous inconvinience and monitory loss as well. on contineous chase up with agency, there is no resopnce or steriotype answer like, company authorities are not sanctioning the connection. request to look into and resolve. read full review »

This is the one of the worst experience in online shopping. We bought a universal orchid bluetooth headset which is not even universal it only connects with two nokia and 1 motorola model. There is no actual support for the products only one person picks up all the time and it takes ages to get email response. As big as is the name of the company, as small as its attitude towards customers. I purchase ULIP based life insurance policy in march 07 (no - 0045696230). As I asked for my acc. statement in sep07, I noticed a lot of un-authorised deductions in it. I immediately mailed back the request to explain these deductions. Hi, I have taken the ingvysya life insurence. But even after 6months I have not received any papers or acknoledegement. When I tried to contact the sales manager, he is keep ontelling the it has been send to my address, but I never received. I keep on mailing for all id's(including helpdesk) in their site, but never get any reply. I tried to contact with the customer care, he will redirect the call to sales department. I am having AVIVA Life Insurance, I have selected mainly for tax saving purpose, I have paid 30000 Rs. for 3 years. Now, I am in need of money, and i went to AVIVA and requested for withdrawl of money... now, frustrating moment starts... i will be getting only 12,000 Rs. out of my 30,000 investment. AVIVA says that you dont get the amount, what you have invested but you will get only SURRENDERED AMOUNT that is 12000 Rs. against the investment of 30000 Rs. only. My number with Vodafone is +91-9820003107. I have been using this service for a year now, but the network issue at my residence does not seem to be getting resolved. I have purchsed Nokia N70 from RPG Cellucom on 08th of November, 2007. I was told within 15 days I will receive Bluetooth Headset under scheme launched during diwali season.
