I have tried and tried to locate my items that I ordered from a company called Linux Bazar, but I cannot get any anwers from The Indian postal Agency. Their website is the worst ever. I'm in South AFrica and tried to file a complaint on their website, but its so slow! There are not eve any contact numbers or e-mailaddresses available. The South african Post Office requires a tracking number, so that they can locate my goods, but the Indian Postal Agency cannot eveb help me with that. I would like to lodge a complaint about the motorola Motorazr handsets. I have bought two handsets within 20 days and both of them turned up to be faulty. I have been receiving harassing phonecalls from some Airtel & Hutch numbers. The person on the other end seldom speaks, but if they do they ask for someone who doesn't really exist. Even after repeatedly telling them that such a person does not have access to my phone, I keep getting such calls even in the middle of the night. I have purchased the compaq laptop model v2620 from a dealer of compaq (Aadhar Computech Pvt Ltd, B 2 Basement Rohini Complex,WA 121 Shakarpur, Shakarpur, Delhi, North, 110092. ) on 4th may 2006. I get a mediclaim policy, through sbi card tied with Royal Sundram for the year 2005-2006 by informing me and I paid the amount to the card also. But for the year 2006-2007 the same amount has been debited from the SBI credit card without my knowledge. I had sent one of my representative to close d ac more than required times but each and every time they gave a excuse, such as we are busy, server is down, we are on our month closing etc. When argued to give the statement immediately they told my representative that we can't provide ac details to a 3 party. I had taken up the i month trial offer on July 14th & canceled the same on 30thJuly- barely using the service for two weeks. For the last delivery of dvd's I had given a request for pick-up on 25th July. Till date no pick-up has been done. Furthermore, on calling them over the phone,no one seems to be ever available. I bought a Samsung 24QP (2 Tonne AC) sometime in June'05. AC Worked properly for 2 years. However since July '07, the following problems have surfaced : 1. Blazeflash is the worst courier services I came across till date. I did not go in for Registered Post which takes max 3 days, just because I wanted immediate delivery. I have sent a courier to Nagpur Maharashtra on 7th August, from Bangalore, and It has not reached even today (10th August). What more, the online tracking system shows the destination as 'Delhi'. I called up at Worldlink complaints and queries also yesterday and they told me that it will reach today. But today also the courier has not reached. I made payment to sbi cards through Bankers cheque issued by STATE BANK OF INDIA -(COIMBATORE Ganapathy BranchBranch code 3690). The banker made a mistake in issuing the cheque. I have purchased a nokia E 90 communicator from vijay sales goregoan (E), Mumbai . The Communicator developed some software problem after two days.A new piece was given to us with an assurance the it would work fine.Now the replaced piece has developed voice problem.After 2 mins of starting a communication the i start getting disturbance and the voice stops soon after.
