I took a 3-year subscription of India Today Travel Plus in December 2005 but the first communication from them required 3 email reminders and 7 weeks. The free gift was delayed by 6 months, and the issues have been consistently late or missing. In fact, I have not received a single issue this year (2007) so far, till date, without multiple email reminders and follow ups regarding the same. I wanted to convert my Reliance post paid billing connection to pre paid connection.When contacted personally the R webworld shop at Vashi on 19th July, (Thursday) they informed that it is done only on Wednesday or Sunday. It is a general practice to harass customer if he has come for post to pre paid connection. Last 4 months I am complaining to Airtel that I am not receiving my mobile bill in time. Airtel persons has found new way of handling this complain - by harassing in different way.
