I have purchased LG washing machine 7512HN. Machine arrived on Sunday 20th May 2007. I had asked for longer inlet water pipe. I got my plan changed from prepaid to postpaid explore 250 plan. I paid Rs. 2000(deposit) + Rs. 250(plan change charges). The APC promises its customers two years onsite replacement warranty on both inverter and battery. However it fails to deliver on those aspects. I purchased a home inverter sine wave model BI800I. The product is still under warranty. The inverter fan is making a lot of noise when running and the battery is not giving any backup. I am a victim of ICICI NRI banking service. I have been using this service since March 2006 and have experienced delays in remittance to beneficiarys account. My complaint is regarding the different scheme that Airtel is introducing and not keeping in constantly and consistently. I've been using the Airtel booster pack since March 2007. The Booster pack is for calling any airtel mobile no.@ Rs.0.10. I purchase my reliance prepaid mobile connection which number is 09313409070 from Noida on 20/03/2007 and after a week it has been disconnected saying that the ID proofs which I submitted where not clear in Xerox copies. I personally went three times and had submitted the ID proofs Xerox copies but my phone has not been started till now. It is more than two months now and mobile is like a child toy to me. I brought a Samsung D840 from Wavetel Chennai (Tambaram Branch) in the month of March 07. The handset started giving me problem in a months time only. Since the Handset was in warranty period i was promised a replacement in case it cannot be repaired. 2 weeks already and i have no clue of my handset. I m having a Gold Credit Card from UTI BANK. I have just received my card statement on 17th may for the duration 10th April-10 may 07. The power cut in Ghaziabad is causing a lot of problem. A normal cut in a day is minimum 10-12 hours and since last day the electricity was available only 4 hours in the past 24 hrs. The Operating System is window vista. 1. start up and shut down takes exactly 26 mins which is an immense time loss for me as a daily user of your product. 2. There is always shortage for hp cooking gas cylinders. And the booking system is so worst and badly handled. The line is busy always and we can't book gas cylinders for days till we get the line and after you book, the delivery will take at least 20-30 days to reach my residence. The worst thing is that the line is always held up i.e. agency personnels hold their phone down and when any customer comes to book the gas, the phone is kept at its right place. Till now i have received 5 bills, but in each bill, i am being charged rs. 100 for roaming. I have been harassed by these hutch people at their hutch shop. This is the complaint regarding the no delivery of HP gas cylinder. Order was booked in the name of Mr.S.N.Dwivedi, aged 85 yrs order no. 240 dated 7th may 2007. Inspite of repeated calls (50-60)to Manas distributor, kidwai nagar kanpur. code no 961940, there was no response and till date the gas has not been delivered. it has caused lot of trauma and agony to mr. I have HP gas connection at secunderabad twincity HP gas distributor, I have transferred to BHEL township. Before transferring we have verified with the HP gas people.
