Ref: Order no.111698956 dated 23.6.09 for cordless drill machine cum screw driver. Whereas payment for captioned order was remitted vide cheque no.000440 dated 23.06.09 (Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.) the company 0n 07.7.09 has posted "as per merchant mail product out of stock" in order status. I have purchased Home Inverter in September 2007. Once the inverter was not working. With great difficulty I could get the inverter replaced. It is still under warranty. Again it is not working. I have lodged a complaint on 29/03/2009. My complaint No is C1-905188839. On 30/03/2009 some technical person visited my place. After inspecting he said the battery is weak and needs replacement. As a travel agent I booked tickets for two of my pax thru the website. Due to the airport closure in Bangkok Airport the pax missed their international flight to Thailand. The customer service advised to send the copy of the canceled international flight which was supposed to be done on 03 DEC. I bought T-Touch Tissot watch for 500 American dollars 2 years ago.After one year,water got into my water proof watch!!!(I never washed my hand.only because of my hand's sweat).so, I sent it for repair .It had only worked for 6 months after repair and I took to their service department.They told me I have to spend about 200 american dollars in order to have my watch fixed. Mobile was purchased on 08/06/2010.from New Delhi (India).Set became out of order. Set was handed over to authorised service stn. on march 2011 Defect rectified but reverse nob not rectified but anyhow I have managed through another nob I again approched Service centre for the repair of nob which was not rectified earlier.This time they said it is ok. I thought it is ok.;but not left the service stan. inside service stn.
