I ordered one informational DVD in August of 2010 with my debit card and they have been charging me $9.95 every month since. When I complained they told me I purchased a monthly membership with them(which I did not) They agreed to refund me 3 months but would not give me a phone number of who I can conntact regarding this matter. While warming up my car to take my 5 year old son to school one chilly morning, my rear windshield just shattered and fell out. My complaint is this. I have been a member of USAA for many years and I've always paid my bills on time, as well as kept an accurate checking account register, but the odd thing is, I always came out with money available in my account when I used my own checkregister in paper and with Quicken Online. Dear Sir, I was traveling with my family from Chalakudy (S.R) to Chennai in second AC by Train No.16042 vide PNR 4534657285 on 07/01/2011. While the bed rolls were served I ask for the towel to the coach attendant and he told me that there is towels avilable in this root. I made a verbal complaint to the TT on duty and he also told him supply me the towels but he refused saying that he is not having the towels and they usualy dont prived it in this train. I boarded Bus from Hoskur Gate to Neralur (Route - 360K, Bus No - KA01F2831) Boarding time - 2.50 PM Saturday 12-Feb-2011. On boarding I got a call on my mobile and was on call for 30 seconds. I purcashed an engineered floor in May 2010 and by October 2010 the finish was coming off anf the supposed knots in the wood were nothing more that some putty/plastic material that came up off the floor.
