We bought a brand new Englander mattress in April of 2010 from Sleep Zone in Kingsport Tennessee and it's worn out already. There is a huge depression in the middle, but only when you're in the bed. Englander will not warantee this bed because the depression is immeasurable unless there is someone laying on the bed. We wake up every morning stiff and sore and have to fight through the night to stay out of "the hole" as we refer to it. We spent $2700 on this set up and are entirely disgusted over it. Not only was the room dirty, I had to wait over an hour after being put back into the room and finally Azmi Farag M.D. came into the room did not wash his hands or clean the area on my face being treated and walked into the room with bottle of botox already opened. I refinanced my mortgage with Franklin First Financial only to have it sold less than one month after closing. I received a letter from them requesting the first month mortgage when the loan had been sold to another bank which was also requesting the mortgage payment. Hidden in the trial agreement I unknowingly agreed to start receiving 1 pound of coffee every month unless I notified the company not to enroll me in their program. I purchased computer program 'RegWork' and received a license. I have had to change my operating system from Windows7 64 bit to Windows7 32 bit due to some problems with third party software not being yet available for 64 bit. I got a Just Cut GE Constant On Santa's Best tree this past 2010 season. The entire top portion of the tree now does not light at all! Have all LG appliances in our home. All are less than 3 years old. First the fridge water lines broke and leaked, after having it fixed we began to use the water again only for it to break/crack again 1 month later. Have since turned it off. Last month the dishwasher stopped working. After a spendy service fee was told dishwasher was leaking, motor pump out and circut board. All of which to fix at least $400-$500.
