I ordered 3 books all titled: Yoga Body Buddha Mind. The first one arrived last week in terrible condition. It was filthy, had old library tags on it. pages torn from the book and hanging loose. This company calls you representing your bank such as Wells Fargo. They bribe you into a accepting a free trial offer, and they will send you copies of their policy so you can cancel if it it not something you don't like. Well, I never got their policy. I only remember the breif conversation when I followed up on the charge on my credit card account. Then they try to get you not to cancel, and they will send out a new policy. Unauthorized credit card charges. I looked at this site, the games would not even load and the next thing I know I have a monthly charge on my credit card. I called to have the charges refunded, the rep said she would issue the credit and no more charges would occur. The following month another monthly charge. This time they tried to tell me they could only refund me a one time couteous charge of one month.
