Alarman's prices are extremely high, we were quoted R22000 to fix our alarm which is only worth about R12000.00. It takes them days to fix something. They also charge you full price for computer software for your alarm but don't give you the originals which is what you paid for, but copies of the software, this is fraud and totally unacceptable. I took my truck in for a routine oil change at Canadian Tire as I have for the past 10 + years. The oil I use in my truck is from off the self and not an option in their computer (GTX 5 20). The company sold me a defective camera struggled in the lens and it stopped working a few days of purchase. The company would not give me the product warranty and only gave me the service address without warranty repair cost almost the same as a new camera. yes hi i went into the marshalls in Sugarland and the place was a mess first of all then the management when i had told a employee that there was no soap in the restroom she told the employee that she can go clean it on her break since nobody cleaned before working i thought that mrs. hughes was very rude to the employee and that she should of went into the rest room right away and do it herself. Was interested in purchasing a car from Tokai Multifranchise. Went to see the car on a Tuesday & signed the offer to purchase immediately. Installers of a window in my newly fitted kitchen stood on the granite counter top (despite having a ladder to use) and cracked the granite in two places. When I spoke to the company owner the next day (a Saturday) he said he was so sorry and he was 'committed to fixing this for me'. By Monday they had done an about face and refused to pay for the damage which totalled R6000 and said that the quote excludes 'consequential damages'. Lawyers told me this is not consequential damages but gross negligence. I have been having a problem with my mail man putting my mail "in" my mail box on my porch.
