When my mother bought her car in 2007 - she was refused live insurance. My dad was put in a home in 2010. We went to the local ford dealer for help to reduce payment amounts or buy back the car - to no avail. My mother passed away on Jan 02, 2011. Again I went to the ford dealer for help - to no avail. I have driven and owned a ford for 30 years and just bought a 2010 F150 in October. The ford service is great, but they wont get my money or business anymore either because of the incosiderate behavior portrayed by the dealership.
