Every week, i deposit my check throught the ATM at Bank of America on High St. in Millville, NJ. Because depositing my check through the atm, ill get $100 that day, and remainder of the check Monday being the next business day. Last week, my check was $290 and i recieved $100 and Monday i didn't have the rest of the money. I looked further into it and it sais i will not receive the $190 untill December 21, 2010. We wer4e contacted by the IRS about filing late taxes. No BACK taxes owed - just penalties for two years of late filings. The IRS verbally threatened a levy. From the MOMENT we hired Roni Deutch we had nothing but nightmarez. From the beginning, they sent us Powers of Attrorney for 1040 individual returns instead of 1120-S CORPORATE returns. I printed the online order form which stated that I would be notified by e-mail of the confirmation of order within 24 hours. The very next morning, my son tells me that his girlfriend didn't want them so I immediately requested cancellation. This was well under the 24 hour period. About 1 year ago we purchased our first house from True Homes. The house is what they discribed to us as a "spec house;" which basically means there will be only one or two in the neighborhood. We are (unfortunately) former customers of Mark Pennell and Pennell Design LLC. Also complicit in Mr. Pennell's scam is his partner and wingman in the con, Ted Haber of NS Construction LLC (located at 44 Park Place, Brooklyn NY 11217) . Pennell and Haber pulled the most typical scam, stole tens of thousands of dollars from us and still - to this day - refuses to return our money.

Derek Roberston created a company probably for the purpose of ripping people off. He named that company Platinum Legal Services. He preyed on people who had lost their jobs and were doing everything in their power to save their homes. I requested a "free" trial sample of total brite teeth whiting on line and gave my credit card to pay for the shipping, several days later the company charged my credit card for $129.95. I called the total brite company to ask what the charge was, I was told that was my membership charge. I told the guy that I had not requested to be a member and had not authorized the charge on my card. I asked to cancel the membership and have the money refunded to my card, I was told that they could not refund any money. I purchased an LG washer from Leon's with an extended warranty. It broke last Thursday. I called them and was told we lived in a "remote" area of Canada. Sigh. Halifax is NOT REMOTE but I guess nothing exists east of Montreal!

I was told on the phone my order for a shake weight would be arriving in a couple days. With it would be 100 dollars worth of vouchers for gas. I was also told my account would only be charged $1.00 a day for a 30 day trial period and would have plenty of time to cancel, but was told to keep the free vouchers for 100 dollars worth of gas as a complementary gift for participating in the trial program.
