I had a service recall on my 2004 VW Golf for the sunroof drain in May. They had to clean it out or it would get backed up due to a defect/flaw. My friends and I stayed there this summer and paid cash for our room, and they took the money out of my debit card and have been unwilling to refund us out money. If you make a mistake on your order or want to change something (like the delivery address) you have to wait for them to confirm the order and then try cancelling it and re-ordering- except it may be too late as it's already on its way by then. Customer service is extremely difficult to do business with. I found them to be very stubborn. They take way to long to address e-mails. They are very unprofessional and have "internet tantrums" if they don't like what the costumer has to ask/say. I purchased some chaps and boots from tackdirect.co.uk. The chaps were represented as being a medium but were very small when tried on. I called and was asked to write an email to request a return or exchange, which I eventually did.
