I signed up for 18 months of Urban Active gym time and paid the amount with a credit card. a year later I get a threatening phone call from a collection agency saying I owe money. When asked why, all they could say was "it was in your contract". Not a good answer - I am sure no one pointed it out. then I get an email saying I owe money and to call the local gym. Several months ago I purchased a glass-topped desk from Ikea for our daughter. I later found that the desk was too large for the space. I found every receipt except the one I needed, and not having a receipt, Ikea refused to allow me to return the un-opened desk. Att home phone and internet department are the rudest people I have ever spoken on the phone with. They offer no help to all of the bogus charges on my bill. There are many hidden fees when setting up internet and home phone! Also the rewards card they promised me still hasn't come and they assure me it will be here. I bought an Iphone 3GS at Low Yat mall at CNS Telecommunication (asia power), i pay it for 2250RM(cost of brand new Iphone). But after few days of using it, it was suddenly hang for no reason. So I cancelled the order within 24 hours and they are now telling me they will be charging me a 15% Credit Card Handling fee, which is not in writing at all on the website. This site is run out of China. They are selling counterfeit golf clubs. They sold me a TaylorMade R9 Driver. The shaft broke during the second use. I bought a polo shirt off this website and when it arrived it looked dodgy so I researched into what the tell tail signs were that it was counterfeit. I also mailed pictures to a nice lady at Ed Hardy in brand protection. She confirmed the garment was fake. Ive tried to contact the website on numerous occasions but have had no reply.
