My insurance did not cover a basic gyn exam and testings due to an error on their part (united healthcare.) I called many times and it was fixed several times. I went online and found a legit-looking website that touted CNN and other reputable news stations/shows who claimed they offered a government grant package for $2.97. I gave my info, including credir card so that I could have the package mailed to me. I never recieved the package. One year ago I purchase a pair of Apostrophe boots from Sears in Clovis, Ca. I have worn them no more than 6 times and both have ripped at the seems, front and back. On 4/19/09 I was considered disqualified for unemployment benefits and billed for benefits overpaid. I appealed this decision and won the appeal on 6/7/10. In the interim I was re-certified for unemployment and continued to make claims for benefits.
