On 20/08/2010 an Autoglass engineer came to my place of work to replace a cracked windscreen. Having removed the cracked windscreen he discovered a small (1cm square) area of rust in one corner. As a consequence Autoglass refused to either fit a new windscreen or replace the old one. They explained that the small area of rust may cause the windscreen to crack again in the future. There are around 100 families living in the society. The society basement is dumped with wastes whick is a house many insects and even snakes. The builder is least bothered about it.
