Purchased a 2003 Lexus RX 300 from Pellini. Approx. 4-5 weeks after purchase car ran out of gas due to a damage sending unit in gas tank that still registered 1/4 tank. This is clearly damage that occured prior to purchase as nothing has been run over or thrown up into tank since purchase. Purchase admittingly was "as is" however it is painfully obvious it did not occur for the month or so we had the vehicle. Over two months have passed and I finally today hear that "they dont feel responsible for the covered repair" As i tried to explain our dilema with a beligerant Pete Pellini the discussion became heated and Pete hung up on me. read full review »

On October 15, 2005 we had our prius serviced at Jon Lancaster Toyota like we have since buying the car in 2001 The first part November The check engine lite came on, we took the car into lancasters service department. It has been more than a few months since the ceiling in my bathroom was repaired and damaged the same week. Nothing has been done to fix this problem. Tom Markell works with Cardinal Management Group. He has admittedly and mistakenly towed my car off of my property in April using a company called Henry's Wrecker Service (703-471-0010). Cardinal is starting to address payment of the towing cost... finally in July, but the damage done to my car is not being addressed by Cardinal's Tom Markell or Henry's. We purchase a used 2002 Chrysler PT Crusier Limited and purchase the extended warranty to cover any repairs that might be needed in the future. The car had 23000 miles on it. We had assumed that Carson Toyota would be doing the repair themselves. The car stopped running and we were told to take it to Japanese Automotive repair. I paid my bills online on the AirTel website. Unfortunately due to some error at AirTels site, the browser crashed and I was unable to get a transaction number but the sum of money was taken out of my account.
I made a complain to AirTel about the same and they asked me to Fax the statement to them. Unfortunately, I really do not have time to first wait for a statement and then fax it to them so I emaild the softcopy of the statement to them at [email protected] & to [email protected].

I also had a negative experience with this company. They use several different names "BODY CONTROL & FAJAS C", "Fajas on line", "Underwear Max" which creates unnecessary confusion.
Their customer service is also very poor. I bought an item for $86 that was supposed to be shipped within 5 but they did not do it.

I had purchased a Hitachi Window A/c in year 2009. It was making noise from the starting itself and as per the dealer, the Noise is normal. Now within a year the Compressor is gone faulty. I had checked-up with the dealer. He had informed that, the HITACHI WINDOW A/C's is having compressor problem ( Manufacturing Fault) and their are 10 cases of replacements pending with the delaer. He is not recd the replaced compressor which he had send a month ago to their delhi office.

After parking my new Daihatsu Serion, the caught caught fire under the hood area. After extinguishing the fire which was controlled quickly by the workers of the store where I was in, I found that most of the cables and the radiator fan were completely melted.

I purchased an item at a Hollister, which has tax on clothing. I went to return the item at the Hollister in a city that does not have tax on clothing. The cashier processed my return without returning the tax I paid on the item. When I asked them about it they flat out refused to give my the tax I paid back. The manager even laughed at me. Understandably, the tax I paid for the item is not a significant amount of money, however, it is the principle of it. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company again. i have been a customer of theirs for years and they used to have the best prices for jewelry. they used to accurately represent their prices. i don't know what's up, but this year, their prices have doubled! I am writing to complain about the disgraceful behaviour of Todd Mckenney on Dancing With the Stars. He completely ruins the vibe of the show. There is a fine line between constructive criticism and being plain nasty. Channel 7 need to replace him. The people on the show are not professional dancers and they their hardest every week. In hue and cry company notice period policy changed and enforced w.e.f from the day mail came from GM's desk. At the time of joining, notice period was 1 month and now one fine morning you reach office and find that it has been changed to 3 months effective from same day.
The offer letter doesn't mention anything about Notice period being subjected to change but the management claims that it is totally legal. Very sure that they are bluffing.
