The servers do experience uptime more often than not (which is not saying much), but when they went down recently (mid-June 2010), they stayed down for a good week. And though the servers are back up, there are still issues with their configuration (as of late June). I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise.
