I bought 1 ton onida ac model W112 YR on4-5-2010 from Khurana Electronics main bazar, Moga-142001 Punjab on the pursuance of the dealer that it would give perfect cooling to the 12ft. long and 10ft. wide room. Transtech took advantage of having my bank account information and took out a "PCI fee" when I least expected it. It's a good thing that I had enough money in the bank to cover the debit. When I called about it they said it was a compliance fee to protect the customers. So shouldn't the customers be paying for this "insurance" to protect them. I had ordered pens on a few occasions and had used my name and personal info to set up the account and paid them with my credit cards and my persoanl checks. Vehicle was advertised in good condition but arrived needing $6, 000 worth of work done just to be safe on the road. I purchased this Pricey item $529.95 online for instore pickup for my daughters 18th birthday. It was bought online I printed the receipt and waited for E-mail confirmation. I am so glad I am not the only one to hear that is getting screwed by this company. One day, I was lazy enough to not drive to my nearest Lowe's store to pay off the bill.
