I received an email saying that I need to renew my Norton antivirus. I did not realize at the time that I have another antivirus already installed I ordered the Norton Antivirus on Feb. 21, 2010 and was charged 59.99 on my Discover credit card. When I discovered that I did not need it, I canceled the order but have not received a credit on my Discover card. A rude woman called me the other day not identifying herself properly and asking me for personal information. She kept rambling on about how my loan payment was 5 days late. Just bought the samsung Blu-Ray play at Walmart for $168. Opened it up and all the equipment to make it work isn't in there, no LAN adaptor. you have to buy it separately. I went back to the store to get one. Walmart doesn't even sell the LAN adaptor in the store. We will have to go to Best Buy and pay another $79 for the adaptor. They are the WORST apartment facilities I have EVER lived in. I thought they were beautiful but upon moving in realized how many corners they cut. I am now dealing with poor facility management, broken gate leaving me locked out of my OWN community at certain hours when I'd much rather be sleeping than waiting outside the complex, and rude leasing office staff. They are deceitful and charge B.S. fess every single chance they get and their security is so terrible that I find bums in the hot tubs on a regular basis. I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot's owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. We purchased a gift certificate for $100 Xmas 2009. It was used in Feb and April 2010. They didn't want to honor it in April claiming it had expired. Fl Statute 501.95 indicates all gift certificates sold after 2007 can not contain an expiration date nor charge any surcharge fees. I recently moved from one house to another in The Brickshire Community located in New Kent County, VA. The day after the move, we had Cox connect us but the TV that worked perfectly the day before now has a large black blob on the lower left hand corner of the screen. I went to Check Into Cash to cash a money order that was made out to me. The signs posted on the wall said their fee would be 5% for a cashier's check and was the maximum fee allowed for all other type of checks cashed. After I cashed the money order, the manager, Nikki Barnes, took out 8% instead of 5% and handed me the difference.
