I ordered six praying mantis egg cases and lace wings. I have not had one lace wing and when I had bought them from gardens alive I had great sucess. I have kept the egg cases on my front porch and check them several times a day. I bought them back 3/18/2010 and still there are no babies. I have contacted this company five times and they do not respond back. I spent seventy dollars with this company and feel very ripped off. I purchased a bolens push mower at lowes. I used it for the first time in the fall to make the last cut of my yard before the frost got the grass. The skirt that hangs down in the back would stop the blade when you backed up and kill the mower. In the spring when I got ready to make the first cut of the spring the skirt again killed the mower and it would not start. I took it back to lowes and they sent it to a service center. For months since Tim Brazeal created my website I have been unable to contact him despite multiple attempts. He has not followed up on the requests that I have sent and now the server is down so my website is unseen. I recently became eligible for Medicare, and as such asked AIM to cancel my plan effective 3/1/2010. They took money from my checking account for the months of Jan 2010, and Feb 2010, but cancelled my plan effective 1/1/2010. On April 21, 2010, I contacted them by phone about this, and was assured they would send back the 2 months premiums. As of May 24, 2010 they have not done so. I found out about the cancellation when they denied payment for a mammogram in Jan 2010, and sent an EOB stating I did not have insurance on that date. Product must run via CD. If the CD gets damaged, even though you already paid for the program, you have to pay another $50.00 to get a replacement CD. I have never had a program that runs on a disc that either could be installed on a drive for usage, or could be easily replaced at little to no cost. I used Wells Fargo Auto Finance to Lease a car. Before I returned the vehicle I took pictures of the car. Wells Fargo proceeded to charge me for Excess Wear and Tear of the back bumper. I took pictures of the bumper and showed that there was no damage. I lived at 7420 Harding Ave., Apt 7. The electricity was in my name only as was my account number. In November of last year I was sick and unable to pay my bill. It was given to a collection agency. These people are completely unqualified to work on transmissions. They have attempted a repair on our transmission three times. This time they have had our car for two and a half weeks. They "can't figure out what's wrong"! I would just go get it and take to a dealer but this is "warranty" work form a previous repair and the dealer wants to put in a new transmission, $2400.00. Booked hotel in Paris with Hotelcollect.com and credit card money taken by Moss Travel. Arrived in Paris on Saturday 22 May 2010. Hotel had no knwoledge of the booking or the company. The phone number given by the company went to a full mail box. Tried to contact them today and phone answered by a different company.
