On the website they say that you can return shoes at the store to save on the return shipping but when you get to the store they tell you that you have to ship it back because "they cant balance it". They had already marked the packing slip as "returned" so i hope that they will accept the return shipment. I bought a pair of Reebok Easy Tones, I wore them for my 1 hour a day walk for 4 weeks. The bottom of the shoe wore off into the air pocket of the sole and the shoes were not longer any good. I exchanged them for another pair and the same thing is happening again, these shoes are 4 day away from being 4 weeks old. As a gift, my sister bought me an inflatable queen size mattress at Amazon.com, in March 2010. It was not unpacked or used until several weeks later due to its intended user being away. Avis Kauai When I arrived in Kauai to pick my car, I was told that I must take a $ 3000 insurance at a cost of $11.99/day. Ignored defective product complaint Purchased from Walmart as a gift. Called the customer service number in package two times NO RESPONSE. One slide from the birthday boy age 7 and the pool at the end busted. Gift now has huge hole in it... patch kit provided is comical in this situation.
