I have had the extremely unfortunate experience of having to deal with these people several times. I would LOVE to know how it is that these people can sleep at night with the price gouging they do at that drug store. I used to work for Sears on two different occasions, the latest being from 10/2008 to 9/2009. Sears as a whole do not care about their employees or customers. 5/22/2010 The store in North Charleston, SC, seems to have a problem with staffing the check out lines. Today I waited 20 mins in line, Only half the regerters were open. Cut my hand on a broken water glass doing dishes and had to go to local emergency room for stiches. I received the unit as a gift. When I called in to report that, after only a couple months' use, there is significant oil leakage from under the blade assembly, I was told that I have to contact the person who gave me the blender as a gift and find out where it was purchased.
