Very poor alterations done on a suit jacket when I returned the next day I spoke to a person who said that they don't have the machine to do the job correctly. We went back two hours later to speak to the manager who told me she would not be giving me a refund but they should have told me that they did not have the proper machine to do the stitching before I left the item and then I would have gone to my tailer in Kitchener instead. The price and shipping features were excellent however the actual ordered item had a viatl part missing delivery. I spoke with a customer service agent (after hours of calling the 800#) and was told that I'd receive a callback after she checked with the factory site about the incomplete order. I recently opened an account at E Trade hoping I could invest and save for my future. Upon opening it I transfered two different amounts. One went through, the other did not as their were not sufficient funds in my bank account. At the first appointment, Backworks took my Blue Cross insurance card. All other similar businesses verify coverage, so it was reasonable to expect they would do the same.
