Company based in Newark, NJ. Made an appointment with them and confirmed the pickup time to make my flight at Newark Liberty International Airport. After 5 and 10 minutes past the pickup time, I called the company and no one picked up. Ixus Digital Range, burning, smoke from flash units Ixus 210, Ixus 870, Ixus 105, Ixus, 110 Smoke arising from flash unit, this is not due to dust as canon claims. This is a fault in flash wiring assembly. However, Canon would not accept that this is a problem. After a while my camera flash stopped functioning, total burn out. The camera is 13 months old I complained to Canon who said there is nothing they could do, I can have the flash unit replaced at my cost. Because now when I shop at my favourite store the pricing labels have been reduced in size and on phoning ASDA HOUSE was told they are within legal size and more detail can be stored on them.
