I received an unauthorized billing showing on our tel bill from HBS for a monthly charge for United Tel. LLC - Findyourdiet.com. I called up the no. on the billing to complain. They said they would issue a check and gave a tel. no. and a confirmation no. for the cancellation. I then called up my tel. co. to complain and they took out the amount from my tel. bill and gave me the new amount that I would need to pay. How can these unauthorized charges be blocked off? Hearthside Distributors is by far the worst internet company I have ever worked with in ordering equipment. BEWARE of the fine print in their terms and conditions statement. When I removed the fountain from the box, the light bulb that is attached to the waterfall was broken. Two days later I noticed a small pool of water around the base of the fountain.
