After making payment arrangements with this company, I paid them what I was told I owed. They are now harassing me and telling me I owe them more. I have paid this company $4141.00 to date. The original debt was $3968.00. This company has reported this debt to Experian as "paid in full/closed". As of now, they claim I owe them another $253.00. Mark Besnos was our project manager. We did an addition 1, 000 sq ft 2nd story with a balcony. Everything went smooth all the way long. We never have any issues. He is a very successful young man. I've had a run in with these folks before and it took some time to straighten it out. They were handling billing for a service I did purchase with a one time payment. I have a Samsung LCD TV which has failed for the second time. The service agent took the unit away again to their depot. I received my at&t phone bill and had discovered 6 charges all totaling $187.60 for collect calls made in a total of 3 days. I immediately called Legacy and spoke to a rep. Directory assistance is definitely not what it used to be - 9 out of 10 times they are unable to find the number needed. In the age of the internet I don't understand how that is possible. On May 5, 2007, I purchased a Serta Genesse Queen Sized mattress. By December 1, 2007, in just seven months, The Mattress Warehouse replaced the mattress because it sagged so much it met the 2" sag limit that justified replacement. The Bryant Gas furnace in our Comstock built home was obviously not built to last seeing how in the first 5 years or so the igniter and then the electric draft-inducer motor both already failed.
