Just posted this to the BBB. Don't make the mistake of signing up for ProResults Fitness Training - it's a complete waste of money.
In the last 3 weeks our trainer has canceled without notice 4 times. We called
and talked with the Manager (Lauren) who was supposed to recommend a new trainer
that would fit our schedule last week but she never called us back. I've placed
a second call and am still waiting for a response.
We have over 20 sessions that we still need to use and 3 more months on the

My husband and I, we bought a dinnette and hutch set worth more than $2, 500.00. I called Ultra Shield's office to log surface water damage on the dining table and a crack on the side of the leaf, to extend the table. The facade of the glass hutch has oak panels which is part of the hutch decor and it is warped. We paid a 5-year warranty for this dinette set and they refused to repair.

I am a chronic coffee drinker who enjoys several cups of coffee daily. Over the years, I have drank all kinds of coffee, and I have spilled a lot of coffee. Today however, while in-town for a doctor appt, I decided to stop at Sonic in Lawrence, KS to order breakfast & a coffee. I moved in 3 yrs ago and ever since she has complained to our board about me, written letters about me worst of all screamed at the top of her lungs in our hallway threats to me. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT order from this website. The lady's name is Corinda Parks and her products are DEFECTIVE! I like the body magic and it does work (smooths out your shape). I received one ordered from this site...it was MISSING A HOOK! This caused a very noticable bulge under my clothes...so I have to wear it on the middle row of hooks. I have tried to cancel my order with this company for the last 3 months and they keep sending me their product. That's 300.00 worth of money they got without canceling my order. I went to my bank and filled out a form to stop the automatic withdrawels, but somehow they managed to get another months worth of money. I called my bank and confirmed that they still had my form, and they said yes but it must have went through another branch. Hopefully I have that taken care of. They marked up the bikes we sold them to the military. The military paid them and then ISWS claimed they would send payment. We closed most of our accounts here due to problems with this bank, but left our IRA there. We attempted to withdraw money from our IRA and were told we should receive our check within 3 business days. It is now 8 business days later and no check. We were using it to pay college tuition and trusting Zions, which was stupid looking back, assumed we'd get the check within at least a week. We now have overdraft fees to pay because Zions did not follow through. They say they don't know anything about this and are checking in to it. I purchased a self cleaning gas stove from Sears. Reasons - 1) I have purchased many applicances from Sears over the years and I returned because of the excellent customer service. 2) I bought self/clean ecause I like a clean looking oven and I thought it would be a lot easier than cleaning manually.
On the first clean the bottom plate crazed. It now looks dirty all the time.
I spoke with a Sears repairman and was advised that this is a common complaint and that Sears not longer replaces the plate.

I ordered several items from Seventh Avenue. None of them arrived damaged, but one of the big items that cost $40 to ship cracked AFTER we put it together. So in order to get a refund of $250, we'd have to pay another $40 or more to ship it back - out of pocket. Plus we'd have to take it all apart after taking two hours to put it together in the first place. Another item we purchased also did not go together well at all.
