Barrera Pluming Services installed a toilet for us. It was in a new location from where it was before and apparently broke the toilet flange when installing it. They refused to take any responsibility for the workmanship and blamed it on us. As a customer for 4 years this once was a great product. In the past 6 months their tech support (all Indian now) just sends an email and says unload and reload. It is their status quo, if you can even get through to tech support. When you dial their 323-257-8886 you continuously get a busy tone. Next log on to ClaimYourVisaCard.com for their reimbursement program, which required collected receipts that you mail in to get a $25 visa card. I became a member in November 09. I too had a Wal-mart card that had a $600 limit and after Thanksgiving I paid it down to $150 because I am working at getting my credit ratios down. Ok Fine.. 25% sounds good until I get a letter less than a week after payment posted that my credit had been reduced to $160 due to a "periodic review". My score is above 700 but they showed me as maxed out once again. So I paid off the bill and will never use the card again. Unbelievable! United law group contacted me via landland stating that they can provide and guarantee me with a loan modification in 6/09. I paid this company $1500.00 and signed a contract to provide a loan modification, they informed me that it would take up to 24 weeks but it has been 8 months and they have failed to provide the services that they guaranteed. I went online and ordered the free .99 trial offer of Smiles White Pro whitening paste. Received the product 3 days ago and have been billed for $120 for a yearly membership. In the fine print it stated you had 14 days to cancel membership. You have 14 days from the day you order, which I found out later. So I had the product for 3 days, 2 of which were days 13 and 14 of the trial period. Now I am overdrawn at the bank and having to pay $120 for a product I have not even tried yet. We are a new start-up company with high hopes for OneBox and their advertisements. We are now, two months later, very disappointed and have cancelled the service. They promised the ability to have our customers and others call them and it would appear that we had a live receptionist. Dozens of errors later and the inability of their customer services group to correct or care about the many errors has led us to this decision. I have a GE H E Energystar with Hydroheater Front loader. My clothes do not get clean and the machine will not spin because it stays unbalanced. We had the GE Repairman come out and go over the problems. He suggested less detergent and bigger loads. The larger loads did not help and the less detergent, I feel, adds to the failure of the machine to get my clothes clean. Worst investment I have ever made. In my opinion the old reliable GE brand does not deserve to be dragged down by having the GE logo on junk like this. I bought “Organic Muesli” from this store, and while eating I found the fine sand kind of material in it, when I went to store to return the product I spoke tio the store manager and I am really sorry to say that the customer service at below store is very very bad, they are very very rude to the customers. I am not happy the way the store manager argued with me, and he also had a tiff with another customer who was trying to explain my point. Charged us $150, accusing us of smoking in the room. We did not smoke in the room. They also could not provide any proof for us to dispute, but hearsay of a custodial staff who my be getting kick-backs for reporting this issue. They did not take pictures or bring a manager down to back them up. Have filed with the BBB and the state attorney general. HI just wanted to give you an update to post-- www.swisswatcheszone.com - site is a huge scam! They take forever to ship and never respond to any emails or customers service inquires. Once you do receive your shipment they are not as advertised - cheap inferior models for what they are charging for! The so called "Swiss eta movement" was a quartz movement in there Chanel line. On 2/5/10 We brought our 65 year old mother out to dinner for her birthday. We ordererd food drinks, appetizers, and told the waitress that it was our Mom's B-day.
