Ordered a 10 inch statue. They shipped it loose in a box with no package protection--no bubblewrap, packing peanuts, nothing. Also box did not state "handle with care" or similar. I would like to file a formal complaint against Sony corporation for their unwillingness to replace a defective item. My complaint is this Sir's and Ma'ms, is that in most of these stores they do not have a long length section for girls, females, and women. The lenght is normal and I think most of us are maybe a little taller than normal, they just do not ever fit me, and I shop and shop at these stores I am talking about, I have to mostly go to the men's section to find the length of pants that I like, because normal is really too short, and I like them pretty long anyway. Before ever walking in to Workout world in La Mirada I looked on this website. there were mixed messages about workout world but it seemed interesting that this new gym was making its mark on La Mirada. I decided to take a look for myself. After taking a tour i was really excited about working out and I wanted to be a member right away. Customer service is atrocious. The phone line was never answered on two separate occasions, and notification that my part was going to be a month and a half late was non-existent. I had to email to find out it was delayed, and another time to find out it was delayed again.
