Be very careful when choosing a business when you are needing new contacts or eyeglasses. Made the horrible mistake of going to this Eyemart Express to get an eyewear prescription. Note the name Eyemart Express, this should have been my first clue of the incompetence I had facing me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results of my rhinoplasty (nose surgery). Dr. Barnett performed the surgery according to what he believed would be best, i.e. did not listen to me. It would be nice to see a Class Action Lawsuit against Acer for their refusal to repair a cracked lcd cover (near left hinge) on their notebooks. Acer customer support only states, "the laptop is out of warranty and they have not heard of this issue." When researching the cracked cover problem online, it is evident that this is a common problem with many models of Acer notebooks. The replacement part costs $109.00, and you have to do it yourself. TIMN estimated that they would deliver our things in 9 weeks. We finally received everything 17 weeks later. Almost all our furniture and pictures were damaged. Throughout the process they failed to answer our questions or communicate honestly. Even though we bought insurance and have filed a claim for our damaged goods, they will not honor it. I have been going to McDonalds at St Clair and Christie for the last 20 years because I live in this neighbourhood. My biggest complaint is that this particular restaurant has many Filipinos working there - and they speak in their own language and treat the other non Filipion employees badly by yelling at them in front of customers and making fun of them speaking their own language.
