A notice came up that they would report the problem to their tech's. I was told that I placed a two orders for the same items. I tried to cancel they said they cant do that and I should send one of the orders back with the proper papers enclosed. Myself and wife booked into this hotel online. We paid a deposit and spoke to receptionist several times via email before our arrival on 30th November 2009. The U.S. operations Office in New York also does not exist the phone number given again on their web site is a personal, unlisted number. The owner of that number had never heard of Chess Oil or any of the so called department heads.
